I am a mother who does not have custody of her children. I have been fighting
legal battles for custody for almost five years. The courts do not listen. I
would like my children they are now six and half and four and half. I really

Non-custodial parents face special problems in access to their children. If
you are trying to win physical custody it is especially difficult. The best
thing you can do is to learn everything you can about the law and resources
available. Maximize your time with your kids in the present visitation
situation. I believe in the Children's Rights Council
(http://www.vix.com/crc/) slogan which says "Kids need both parents".
