Title: Visitation and Traveling
Question:
My question deals with visitation and traveling. Our agreed orders
state that my soon to be ex and his mother have my 18-month old daughter
every other day during the week. They are constantly changing who takes
care of her which day, or they even take turns in one day. My
mother-in-law is taking 18 hrs in college and he is a waiter at night.
Would you recommend daycare for my daughter and their visitation at
night. I'm concerned that my daughter is being juggled around too much!
Answer:
It does sound that your daughter is being "juggled around". Who agreed
to those terms? Was it a judge? Can you not take care of her and let
him have every other weekend with her. It really is not good to have
this type of arrangement because of the affects on the children. Very
confusing!
Please reconsider if at all possible!
