Check Policy on Mail Order Books and Products

All mail order books and products are returnable within 15 days of the receipt date. Returns must be in saleable condition. Books with opened CDs or disk products cannot be returned. You must call 1-800-680-9052 to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number with the reason for the return. Please note: Returns without an RMA will not be accepted. Opened Software or Video (VHS) products cannot be returned.
