Marilyn Murphy has practiced divorce and family law since 1979 and is a member of the state bar associations of both Arizona and Kansas. She served as a judge pro tempore in the Maricopa County Superior Court Domestic Relations Division from 1991-1996.  She is currently the only private attorney who is a member of the Governor’s Commission for the Prevention of Family Violence.

Marilyn also trained in divorce mediation through the American Bar Association at Harvard University in 1985 and is a member of the American Academy of Family Mediators.

Practice limited to divorce issues: support, property division, interstate and international custody and visitation.  Past President and board member, Arizona Association of Family and Conciliation Courts.
