Quick simple question

I was pregnant and my husband hit me, traped me in closets and pushed me and I left is that considered abandonment on my part because I honestly became afraid for my life.

Yes, that would be considered abandonment. But when you file for divorce, list extreme cruelty as your grounds for divorce.

Did you call the cops?
