I have been divorced for 2 years. We did not hire an attorney, we obtained all the paperwork from the on-line system. I agreed to pay $500 in alimnony for 15 years. Now I realize that in the ?State of AZ you only have to pay up to 7 years. I want to know what steps I need to complete to get the alimony reduced to only 7 years. In addition, my salaray has decreased in the past 2 years due to being laid off twice. A reduction of $10K in salaary.
