Won't pick up belongings...

My divorce was recently final and there is still a lot of my ex's property at my house. I have asked him to pick it up but he is ignoring my emails. I'm sure it's because he doesn't have the room for it now and he just wants me to hold it for him for the time being.
What am I able to do within the law. Can I just put it out in the street and tell him to pick it up? Not sure what I can do legally.
