I was divorced in 1998 and we got back together in 1999, she left again in January of 2004 and now wants back again.I do not want to get back together. In our decree in 1998 it states she gets the contents of the home and I get the home and payments. It also states that if I were to sell the home we would split the profit. She is saying since we got back together that those rules no longer apply and she wants me to sell the house and split the difference,and she says she can do it legaly, can this be done to me? If so, i will sell, but it sure sucks just because I cared enough to take her back in 1999.
Did you remarry her?
