Divorce Support Forums: I need help (like you haven't heard that before)

My boyfriend and I are living together and have been since 3 months after he had left his wife. No we were not seeing each other prior to his leaving. Long story, we were high school sweethearts. It has been almost 2 years since he has left and has went to court, paying child support as indicated by judge, paying off her/thier debt. She will not permitt him to see the 3 kids. She now is taking him back to court with the intent to prove he is an unfitt father, more child support (he's already paying as if he had 2 jobs, he only has one)and wants lawyer and court fees. His lawyer, her and a few of his friends don't think I should be there living with him. When his kids have come over, I have made sure I was not there, so they would not be uncomfortable. Is there a law or unwritten law that says he cannot have me or anyone else living with him? I think that's crazy. Please help.
