Hi, I just have a quick question.I filed for divorce last Oct. and am doing all this without a lawyer. I m not asking for anything. We've been married for 20yr. We have a 20 yr old daughter that lives with him when shes home for college. He's not going to file anything cause im not asking for anything or did I leave with any more than I went into the marriage with. I just filed a request for default yesterday. do we have to go to court or can i just request a judgement? Please advise.
