Temporary spousal support for 3 month marriage

Guys,

It was only 3 month marriage. She moved out after arguments.

although by the thumb rule of spousal support, it 'should' not be more than half the length of marriage, so not more than 1.5 months, under what circumstances the judge would not award her any spousal support? I want to fight this in all my capacity.

She is working and making quite a good living (but less that what I make), she has some loans, but all the loan are after separation (for which no proofs have been shown) and I do not have loans.

Any judgement reference any of you could provide to me?
