Well my X finally got an attorney. Not one that does much family law but one that does mostly Social Security, disabled, and all other types dealing with sick or elderly. Her attorney has asked for a transfer of the case and will get it I'm sure. At least I now know that someone is representing her that isn't crazy.

Everyone has told me that the new county it will be transferd to is much better for me and it will be much easier to get people to testify for me now anyway.

Teacher sent me a form today for summer school. She doesn't have to go but it's a good idea. Half of it is during my visitation and half during hers. We have a few days to decide. My X has to ask her attorney before she can decide if she will let her go or not. She was all for it until I asked for half the cost and her assurance that she could get her there. What a a$$.

Hi!

My ex is crazy as well! (Currently in a psych hospital)

See my thread:

http://www.divorcesupport.com/ubbthreads/showflat.php/Cat/0/Number/204920/an/0/page/0#Post204920"

for more details of the current shenanigans! She hasn't paid me a penny in CS nor any childcare costs (over $30k in 4 years).

Her lawyer is a b****! I have put in a Motion for Change of Venue (will be heard May 22 in MA), so hopefully, I'll get that approved (I have sole physical custody) and we can be rid of that lawyer!!
