Mediation tomorrow

Going with my daughter to CS mediation tomorrow. What should we expect? Can the mediator force us to agree to anything?

Also, can we ask for help paying the hospital bills related to the baby's birth?

My advice (especially if you are in Tx--Victoria County) DO NOT go.
It was a joke. They did not mediate anything and basically my daughter got screwed. The woman kept getting up and leaving to answer other questions not related to our case.
She didn't know basic information and had to be reminded about medical fees and visitation. I'm not even sure the paperwork is filled out right but I guess we are stuck with it as my daughter signed it. They would not let me attend with her so she didn't know what to object to. She just turned 18.
