Does anybody know how to fill out the section listed as Extraordinary Expenses? It starts to get a little vague about how to calculate these expenses. For example, If I calculate $4800.00 monthly income, I get a $745.00 CS obligation to be divided proportionately between parents. In this case, it is broken down as a 48 to 52% ratio. Then we have an annual extraordinary travel expense of $4800.00. I am not sure how that is supposed to calculated? Do I take 4800.00 divided by 12 ($400) and then divide proportionately between parties? Leading into that, isn't the OP required to reimburse me or directly pay for their percentage of the travel cost? That is based on a statute I found, which states:

Trial court must make provision for expense of transportation of child between homes of parents, which expense is to be divided between parents in proportion to their adjusted gross income. In re Marshall, 781 P.2d 177 (Colo. App. 1989), cert. denied, 794 P.2d 1011 (Colo. 1990); In re Sgarlatti, 801 P.2d 18 (Colo. App. 1990).

I also found this statute as well and am wondering how I use this in determining the CS support calculation:

Adjustment of the child support amount to allow for
transportation expenses is not limited to expenses incurred in long distance or interstate travel and does apply to automobile expenses incurred in transporting a child between the homes of the parents. In re L.F., 56 P.3d 1249(Colo. App. 2002).

The way I understand it all is this. My annual CS is just under $4400.00. The annual extraordinary travel expense is $4800.00. Wouldn't the OP owe me $400.00 annually and I pay all travel expenses and the OP would not recieve anything from me for the year? Can somebody help me out to make sense of all of this? Thanks in advance.
