My husband and I are filing bankrupcy. By the time we are done, we will each have our own ROTH IRAS (10-15 K each), he has a small retirement account and I have one worth 125,000. I make about 82,000 a year and he can't seem to work. He day trades and made about 10,000 last year. We are giving up our home in the bankrupsy, what rights will he have to my IRA. We have been married for less than 8 years? Will I need to pay him support?

>>>>>>> Probably not , Indiana has some strict guidelines for post-marriage spousal support but anything is possible .
