We aren't getting anywhere, basically because of her father, so it looks like we are heading for mediation. Can anyone tell me what to expect? She is trying to move 3 hours away with my daughter and I am obvisouly trying to keep her near me with joint physical and legal.
i am also in a similar situation. we share joint custody..but she is getting married and wanting to move out of state..what are the laws.as i said we share joint custody but she has primary placement.....so we are supposed to share in decision making ....will the courts say no to her move or will they grant me physical placement to keep the kids in iowa?
