Primary Physical Residence

What exactly is primary physical residence, what are the priveleges? If someone has shared parental rights and responsibilities with one have primary physical residence, what does it mean? Thanx!

primary residence is just that..the primary home that the kids live in...the school district they will go to...the address they will use on all their forms...
