need info on easy divorce

i need to divorce my wife. we both agree, its non-contested.

i've heard a lot about online divorce services, we want to use this to get it over with and have it be as simple as possible.... does anyone know where i can find some sites that handle this type of thing?

Google it. There are lots of them out there. Also check the phone directory in your city.

I had a friend that did an uncontested. No kids, no assets to speak of, no SS. It was fast and cheap. He was pretty happy with it.

Are you both fully aware of all of the other party's assets? Except for "default" divorce, the first thing you will have to do is make out a list of your assets. This is unnecessary under my plan (re: "The Ultimate Solution to Property Division"-this forum)

Document-do-it-yourself-service.com is what I used. Low cost and they do everything for you (paperwork wise) as long as you're not contesting it. obviously, what figuring out what you're keeping and what she's keeping is a given.
