okey, I've been in iraq for the past 12 months and I'm going to be out here for 15 months. my wife had a five month affair with another man who was in the army. it started only five months after I came over here and when she told me I was trying to make things work, I've supported her the whole we've been together and she's now maxed all of my credit cards and spent everything in my bank account. I've got a brand new 08 car, a mustang (selling it before I get home), and a house. now I'm wondering what she can be entiled to? I just want to know before I make a decision.

More informaiton is needed like how long have you been married, any children and what state is your legal residence in.

Sorry to hear that you are having to deal with this divorce crap while you are deployed.
