My wife is having sex with my kids school soccer coach, he is married too. Was wondering if there was a chance that I could win the custody of my kids. She is presently living 6 hrs away from our home, my oldest child is 13 y/o and is living with me, I have another child of 9 y/o that I miss very much and want her back home. Does anyone know if the adultery will help me win custody?
I'm not sure. It all depends on weither she is able to care for the childern. If you fear she is negleting the childern, make a call to DHS. After an investigation, you will know weither she is suitable or not for the kids, and custody will be on ur side, if that's what's in the best interest of the kids.
I see you made a post in December. How are things going for you with the divorce & the custody situation? Upon speaking with my new attorney he said adultry to a certain extent is seperate from her or you being able to properly care for the kids unless she is having sex in the same house or room.
