We were have been seperated and my wife wont let me talk to the kids, She moved to kids to her grandparets home and they will not answer the phone when I call. My wife has not told them the whole story, she cheated on me. How can I get the grandparents to take my calls? My wife will not tell her parents to allow the communication. I think she needs to tell them why we parted, right now they think its my fault. Should I tell them she cheated? Should I just go and get my kids and not let her talk to them and fight it out in court? I need to talk to my kids. Any help would be great.

Thanks

Don't go and get the kids right now , it CAN lead to unintended consequences you don't want to be involved in ( domestic violence call ) . Your best bet is to file for divorce and full custody of the children , you can ask in your petition that the children be returned immediately to the marital residence ( your home ) .
