Divorce not final and now I'm PG - what next?

we have seen each other 4 out of 7 days per week since the filing. we separated residence in March, i was conned into signing the papers 6/12, and I got PG in march and miscarried and now I jsut foudn out I'm PG again (yes - it IS his). Does this violate the 90 day "Separation" period? I mean we havent' BEEN separate, maintained a constant intimate relationship and are now expecting another child - can this divorce be finalized or is this cause to void the "separation"?

Unfortunately you can still get divorced, my ex moved back in with me, we had a child who is 3 months old and my ex just finished filing all the paperwork. That line about separate living doesnt apply. Sorry
