Child Support

When child support is late and you are going through child support services, is the father assessed any kind of penalty or do they just keep a tally of it and send you what they get? Thanks!

i've read somewhere that the child support is subjected to simple interest... something on the order of 9%. not sure what to make of that but i remember reading it somewhere.

There is no interest charged on CS arrears in Tenn. When CSE gets paid from the obligor , they'll send you a check .
