Need a divorce, going to sea in August....

Been married since feb of 2001. wife and I decided a divorce is in order, we have a house, no kids, I don't care what she keeps, I am going to the gulf for 6 months, I need a separation and an ultimate divorce finalized upon my return. How do I get there from here? I haven't lived at our home since December of 2006. Does this help any?

Well good luck on your tour my prayers will be with you. I would say go see your chaplain. They will most likely be able to refer you to a lawer or legal service in the area. Since kids are involved support will be involved. So get some legal advice before you start.
