Does Ohio allow a woman who is pregnant from the marriage to file for divorce while still pregnant?

I dont know the state law, but it would really surprise me if you could not file for a divorce while pregnant. It would be treated like any other case where children are involved. The judge will determine the custody, the support issues etc. And..as slow as the court systems are, your baby may even be born by the time this is all settled. Good luck to you!
