We've had our final hearing, but the papers haven't been drawn up yet and nothing has been signed except the temporary court order from February. After thinking about what was dumped on me during the final hearing I don't believe I'm getting a fair deal. I also can't get my lawyer to call me back about anything. Here's my question...when he finally does call and says we need to meet with my STBX and his attorney to sign the papers, what would happen if I go to the meeting and walk out with my unsigned copies of the agreement that I "agreed" to during the final hearing? I'd like to take them to another lawyer to see if he thinks it's fair.
