Divorce Support Forums: He didn't show!!!

I had my pre-trial Oct 19. STBX didnt show. Our appoinment was at 8:45. The baliff called at 9:00 and his father said he was one the way. At 9:45 the called again and STBX answered the phone and said he wasnt aware. He thought it has been rescheduled. They told him that was the trial that was rescheduled and not the pre-trial. So the judge rescheduled the pre-trial. How many times can he do this? What if he doesnt show again? Hear say he is doing everything he can b/c he got fired and he has health problems. Which I know are because he is an alcoholic. Since then he has rached up over $6000 on my medical insurance even though he hates drs. I was told to not drop him off medical since he is aking for an $8000 settlement after 4yrs of marriage where i make twice what he does. But how many no shows does he get? IS it right for me to asked for the $195 lawyer fee that it cost me while we wanted an hour?
