My husband and I are seperated and I am hoping to be divorced as soon as I can afford it. But I have a question about property division and was wondering if anyone could give me insight on it. We purchased a home in July of 05 and in November I found out that he was having an affair that has produced a child. He has since moved out and we agreed that he would allow me and my children to stay in the property without a fight. The mortgage is in his name but the property is in both of our names. Does he have the right or can he legally obtain documents to force me to leave? Any help/comments on this matter are greatly appreciated. Thanks, shines
