My ex and I are trying to work things out and possibly put our marriage back togather BUT he is insisting I sign a prenuptial agreement stating if we divorce again I walk away with nothing(no alimony etc) The big issue is the house. Because I signed off his pension I have the house free and clear. I cannot help but think he only wants the house back, how would I prevent him from getting me to sign this and then he decides he wants out and takes the house! We have 3 children. Any suggestions?
Yikes..proceed with caution...do u have an attorney with fancy wording....not knowing what else to say.. Here are my thoughts.. I would be very uncomfortable with this....Prenup I couldn't do it...either way if I were asking for someone to sign or asked to sign.....Good Luck!
