Hi Everyone,

I have a question or two and need some help. I have 4 (from the same marriage) children 2 live with me in AZ and two with their father in Ohio. The two in Ohio have asked to come live with me they are 12 and 15 both boys. I do not know how to proceed. I called an AZ lawyer and they said it's an Ohio issue. Can the boys just choose to move here or do I need to plan to fight this out in Ohio court?
Additional info, I make about 4X what my ex does, have three degrees and zero problems. The boys are tired of living in the sticks, not being allowed to have any firends over and being left at home alone a major portion of the day & night.
They did come here for summer visitation and now they seriously do not want to remain there....what are my options?

Thanks,
LCB
