I am on a limited income and my wife decided she didn't want to be a wife anymore. She took our son and moved back with her mother. We have already had the first custody hearing, will have another in Jan. But I want to get a divorce. I was wondering how much it generally costs to get a divorce, without a lawyer, since I cannot afford one?
I would check with your town courts. They usually have these divorce yourself kits. I know that here in NY it ran close to 750 to do it without a lawyer. Good luck with that.

Filing fees are set state wide by the Administrative Office of Pennsylvania Courts. Most counties have a web site with court information on them. First try to locate your counties web site dong a google search and proceed from there. Let me know if you have trouble finding it and I will help you.
