H filed 12/05, things were progressing. Aug 06 we had 4 way to determine property settlement and discuss child support and alimony. H told me that day, he didn't want divorce. We are still separated.

I do not want to be divorced. He and I have talked a couple times about getting back together, but he never gets past talking.

So.....can these complaints just sit forever??? Is there a length of time after which the court just says..."Get it over with...or remove the complaint??

Thanks......just wondering and it has really started to bother me lately...
