Where Do I Start???

My husband and I are legally separated. Due to financial issues we are still residing in our home together sleeping separately as we have done for the past year and a half. He is refusing to remortgage the house. Without my half of the share of the equity in the home, I can not leave, as I have no financial means to even rent a house at this point. Where do I go in PA to get help to get started on my own? My credit sucks so a loan is out of the question and there is no family members that have the financial ability to help either. This living together "separately" is getting old, I need out and need out now!
