child support and spousal support

I am currently making $4000 a month and my child support and spousal support payments are $1330 a month. I am barely able to live my life and i don't even get to see my 2 children because she made up lies about me to the courts saying i am on drugs. I went and took a urine test and a hair folical test and passed everything but still am unable to see my kids. Is this right?
