I have told Wife i want divorce and don't love her like she needs to be loved. So we have come up with a custody plan, an assets and Liabilities list and an amount she would be paying me for child support..she has already had a consult with a lawyer and she will have to pay me $2400 and no alimony if i ask for primary parent. we have agreed on 50/50 joint. We have pretty much decided most things and only need to be fine tuned or modified a bit..She wants to save money and use a mediator lawyer for both of us..she thinks we can go to Mediator and fill out all forms and go to court with that one lawyer..is this advisable? I am going to a non mediator lawyer in a few days for a consult to hear what i am entitled to.
