I have just received divorce papers from my spouse (wife) on no-fault grounds. We have had a rocky couple years, but I have always been faithful. However, I believe that she has not. How does one actually prove adultery and how much bearing does proof (or if not proof, circumstances that make it look as though something might have happened - all nighters out with little explanation as to what, where, who, etc.)have on the courts decision for custody of minor children?
