My wife of 30 yrs is disabled. I filed for a divorce and she agrees, but we can't come to financial terms. She is not able to work, but wants to leave the money in the 401K until I retire and she wants to draw money at that time. I offered her half the value of the house and half of my 401K that came to around $250,000. She contested and wants alimony. She gets $700/mo SSD and I make about $5500/mo. How much alimony will/should I have to pay?

With your large descrepency in income, the length of the marriage, and your wife's disability, expect you will have to pay alimony for a lifetime.
