Are the Utah Divorce Laws Working?

Are the Utah Divorce Laws working? I don't thinks so. I've been to the commissioner five times since my divorce four years ago. It's obvious each time that he is going through the motions and is "burned out" on hearing the same thing over and over. I would like to be involved in legislative change, but I don't know if fixing one problem creates another. I would like to know what anyone out there thinks. Have a great day!!
