NEED SOME ADVICE ON DIVORCE

I am currently going through a first time divorce.

I am conerned about Debts as all marital debts were in my name due to me having better credit and such.

What is Utah's Law about Debts and distrubution even if they were in my name.
HB is claiming that we paid our debts seperate which is not true. (I do have some proff). I asked him to file BK but he wont because he doesnt want to pay out.
What is the law on this?

I look forward to hear from anyone that could give some advice on what to do.
