My Mom was married to my stepdad when he was granted workman's compensation/disability thru the WV treasury. He gets a monthly check. They have been married for 20 yrs and have been receiving this check. They are getting a divorce. Is my Mom entitled to part of this monthly check that is a good part of his income?

I'm sorry to say I don't believe so. If you can hang on until Monday, I will find out for sure, if you would like.
