my wife left me a week ago to texas with my child saying I was abusive (im not) all i want now is my child back home and not sure how to go about it with out waiting for divorce proceedings. Im in wisconsin lost without my one year old son

You need an attorney immediately to get temporary custody in WI. You have to take immediate action, or you won't succeed.
