Adultery

So....turns out that my brother's wife is having an affair. A pretty blatant affair. He's at home with the kids....while she goes to her boyfriend's house after work and spends the night, rather than going home to her husband and 3 kids. Let me guess....she'll still end up with the kids, right??

Wisconsin is a no-fault state. Custody is not determined by how faithful someone is. The family court commissioners where I live try to make every effort for joint custody and that each parent remains an important part of the children's life.
