Your case sounds fishy..That said..The only way a husband gets custudy is for the wife to really screw up..( Mine did and now she regrets that she wasn't smart enough to screw me over. ) I won custudy and CS.. But in the childrens best interest I gave her split custudy of my 8 year old daughter,while keeping custudy of my 16 year old son. My step-daughter ( Her daughter,21 ) still lives with me,her choice. I gave up the CS. My deal was I went to court clean as the better parent,So I got to call the shots. The Judge commended me on having the childrens interests come ahead of any monetary things. So far it has worked out well ..My ex is now happy with the situation.We both support our children as equal as possible and no one got screwed by having to pay years of CS.
