I have a quick question. My husband filed divorce after he got my papers thrown out. When we go to court will i be able to tell what this man has done to me over the last few years, the metal and verbal abuse. I havnt had a chance to sit down with my lawyer and talk about everything just yet b/c im in a different state. but he knows enough to have the man put in jail. but just wondering what all happens in a court room and will this stuff come out even in the temp custody hearing?
