child abuse towards my son. my son is 5 and not scared to tell anyone that my ex duck taped his feet, hands and mouth and threw him in a bath tub of running water. all becouse he wouldnt mind.( he was 4 when it happened) the other kids and myself were gone from the house when it happened.( we was gone only for about 30 min) my husband said " now that you know about it you will go to jail too" and that all the kids would be put in foster homes. i finally relized that he was just telling me that so i wouldnt call the cops or tell anyone. when that happened it took me about a week to get the money together to leave and go back to memphis. (500 miles away) but he wouldnt let me leave with the child we had together.
