Thats what's happening in my case!
About a year after my stbx and I split, he hooked up with this abusive, alcoholic, drug user who has a criminal record longer than my arm!
She actually recieved 4 yrs for beating him up and not complying with her "Drinking, Driver Monitor Program".
She served 3 mos. of those 4 yrs. then they moved to WV and I found out that she was arrested again for assaulting him again!!!
Do you know how I found out? It made the papers!!! LOL!
He was mentally abusive twds me and mentally and physically twds the kids and the kids have nothing to do with him. He also lost ALL Custody and visitation after Child Protective Services was called in!
He gave her money from the refinance of our house and they bought a house in WV but put it only in her name!! He thought he could hide the money from me and now he's living in some apt. while she got the house!!
Definately what comes around goes around!!!

The real kicker, is Her house in WV is mine too!!! It's marital property!
