You don't need permission to leave...or to ask him to leave.

You have enough signs to justify ending this marriage.

May I suggest that you read into this Disorder and see if anything rings a bell.From what you have written...he sounds like he might be a danger to you and your daughter in ways you can't begin to imagine,being that you have a conscience,empathy and morals.
