I thought i was doing well until the looming anniversary, court date next week and divorce finalization the week after just became what i thought was too much to bear.
I realize my mistake and still feel depressed, however I now have more tools to deal with my anxitey and depression. i was admitted for 72 hour constant suicide survaliance. Please use this forum or any other outlet to steer away from the rout I tried to take
