This reminds me of a cartoon I saw in a paper long ago. It showed an enormous stereo system in a house that was left on by a teenager. It was blaring loud music, but had about a gazillion knobs on it. The wife asks the husband to turn it off to which the husband makes a comment that he will as long as she realizes that men are better equipped to handle mechanical things moreso than women. After a minute or two of listening to the loud music, she gives in and admits that men are better at mechanical/electronic gizmos as long as he turns it off NOW.

He then unplugs from the outlet it in the back.
