Yes, key start is definitely the way to go. Your hair stays in place. You don't get nearly as sweaty. It's a much more pleasant experience. I went even further and got the self-propelled kind. I absolutely love it! And, when I engage the wheels even when I shouldn't, it aerates the lawn as a by-product. (well, it kind of tears up the lawn, but I call it aerating) Perfect!
